My original name for this group was 'Creaky-but-Keen'! You may have done some running before but 'something happened' and you got out of the habit or lost the motivation: this could be the group for you. Starting slowly, the aim is to build fitness and form, all at your own pace. The focus remains fun and social, though depending on how speedy you are, the chatting might have to take place before and after the session!
Runfit sessions will include some dynamic warm-up exercises before moving into the session (this might be a steady run; Intervals; Hills; Fartlek… all to be taken at a pace which suits you). We will finish with a warm-down and stretching.
