This group is for those for whom the idea of jogging or, heaven-forbid, running, fills you with horror. It is ideal for those who wish to do something a little more challenging than a stroll… but don’t worry, we won’t be race-walking the streets of Hawkhurst! Think of it as a brisk walk (we aim to cover 5km in about an hour), raising the heartrate, exercising key muscle groups, and having a good chat!
