Jogfit is based loosely on the ubiquitous 'couch-to-5km' programme. Aimed at those of you who would like to do a little light social running, and might even have aspirations of completing a 5km at some point in the future, we will start by alternating walking and jogging, gradually increasing distance, and speed, as your fitness improves.

Each session will begin with warm-up exercises, followed by the session itself and closing with a warm-down and stretching.
